General Building Accessibility
Artlink has a range of accessibility adaptations for people with disabilities and mobility needs. All of the rooms in our facilities can be accessed via our powered level front entrance on the ground floor and have doors which are spaced to allow the passage of standard sized wheelchair. Inside a lift offers easy access to the first floor. Buttons in the lift are at a convenient height for wheelchair users and have raised numerals.
We have accessible toilets on both the ground and first floor. They are individually equipped with emergency call systems.
Artlink has a built in induction loop for hearing aid users at our Reception.
Artlink creates large print materials for our exhibition interpretation.
We have worked to ensure that this website is as accessible as possible to all internet users, including those with disabilities. This website therefore complies with the Level AA Standard set by the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
The website has been built and tested to meet all current standards and is compliant with all web browsers. The website uses cascade style sheets (CSS) to help improve download speeds and usability, the font size and page colours of each page can be altered.
