Meet the team

Kenn Taylor

Director

Kenn has worked on participatory and socially-engaged arts and heritage projects for over ten years in several cities. This work informs his writing and research on culture, community, and the urban environment which has appeared in a range of outlets.

Hannah Holden

Project Manager

Hannah currently serves several capacities, undertaking project management, curation of exhibitions, and coordinating all manner of events. She holds a First Class BA Honours in Fine Art from Middlesex University and has a background in contemporary curation, fine art conservation and exhibition installation.

Jemma Brown

Creative Producer

Jemma is a specialist working with diverse communities to plan and produce current, relevant, and inclusive artwork to engage and enlighten. She holds a First Class BA Honours in Contemporary Fine Art Practice, is an Arts and Graphics Teacher (QTLS status),  and Freelance Artist.

Emily Fratson

Marketing and Administrative Assistant

Emily serves as front of house and coordinates the marketing for Artlink’s exhibitions, community based events, and workshops. She has a BA in Contemporary Visual Art and when she’s not at Artlink, she’s often in the studio drawing or making ceramics.

Claire Mansfield

Finance Officer

Claire is a longstanding member of the Artlink team. Serving as the finance officer, she handles many of the business aspects of the organisation. She is a photographer and is interested in the visual arts.

Peter Coates

Caretaker

Pete Coates is an artist and cheerily assists with all of the to-do’s that keep Artlink running efficiently. About his work, Pete says: My job is to make things clean. My passion is to make paintings and things (that may be art) from found materials.

Peter Thompson

Caretaker

Pete has been a familiar face at Artlink Hull, since 2008 when he began serving as caretaker after working at Smith & Nephew for 39 years. He is an artist, creating intricate geometric works. He enjoys cycling, walking his dog, and watching Hull City.

Magdalena Moses

Creative Producer

Magda is a specialist working with diverse communities to plan and produce current, relevant, and inclusive artwork to engage and enlighten. She holds a Master’s Degree in Literature, Literary and Aesthetic Criticism. She used to work as a Community Engagement Officer and Religious Studies Teacher (QTLS status). Additionally, she is a Theatre Critic and Freelance Artist.
