Creative Connections During Covid-19

During the COVID 19 pandemic we have continued to work with Sight Support to offer support, guidance and the opportunity to engage with a regular programme of activities, which has been so important for wellbeing.

Artist, Gail Hurst, is producing art pack boxes for Sight Support, and supporting the participants with regular phone calls to help develop their work.

“It is more important than ever that we reach out to these groups with inspiring ways to help them keep their creative spirits high. This is a great art project to be involved with in finding a way forward to connect with people.”

Personalised Boxes

Gail always aims to be a supportive facilitator, so when she was approached to create a custom box, she got to work and put together a selection of materials and activities tailored to creative interests of the individual.
